The Alpha Program gives qualified companies free access to all EngageFabric features in exchange for feedback and potential case studies. We're looking for teams with active user bases who want to reduce churn and increase engagement.
After you sign up, your application will be reviewed by our team within 48 hours. We'll evaluate your use case and notify you via email once approved. While pending, you can explore the documentation and demo.
You'll have immediate access to the admin console in read-only mode. You can explore the interface, review documentation, and try our live demo. Full access to create projects and use the API is enabled once approved.
Most teams integrate EngageFabric in 1-2 days. Our TypeScript SDK and React components are designed for fast implementation. Full documentation and code examples make it easy to get started.
We look for companies or platforms with existing users, an identified retention/engagement challenge, willingness to provide monthly feedback (30 min call), and openness to being a case study if successful.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're on a SOC 2 compliance roadmap and follow GDPR best practices. Each tenant has complete data isolation. We also recommend using unique identifiers for EngageFabric player identification instead of real customer data. For example, if your user "James Test" has company ID 1111111, generate a separate ID (e.g., EF000122345) for use in EngageFabric. You can maintain a mapping table on your side to link EngageFabric data with your internal records without exposing sensitive information.
